How can I place an order online?
You do not need to register to shop at syncba.com.br.
However, we suggest creating an account to have access to exclusive areas and services dedicated to our customers.
Search for items:
To browse our catalog, select a category from the navigation menu or explore our selections on the home page. To find something more specific, use our filters or the search option on the site.
Product information:
On the product pages, you will find the available sizes and colors, a description and the composition of the item. Click on the product image to enlarge and see all the details.
How to place an order:
1. Add the product to your shopping bag
2. Once you have finished shopping and added all the creations you want, click on “Shopping bag”.
3. Enter the delivery information
4. Select and fill in the payment method
5. Review the information entered and click on “Place order”.

You will receive a confirmation email shortly after your order has been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you with a shipping confirmation email.
What if a product is back in stock?
When a product is out of stock, you can choose to be notified when the item is back in stock. Click “Get Notified” on the product page. Simply enter your email address and SYNCBA will notify you when the item is back in stock.
When will my credit card be charged?
As soon as you place your order on the website, you will automatically be asked to authorize payment to verify that your credit card is valid and that your credit limit is available. Your card is not charged at this point: the actual payment occurs when your order is shipped, and only then will you receive a confirmation email.
