The product was not what you expected? We are very sorry that it did not meet your expectations. You have up to 7 business days after delivery to request an exchange or return (if the product has not been used). Contact us by email at syncba@syncba.com.

1.3 - DEFECTIVE PRODUCT WITHOUT USE
If your product arrived with a fault or defect, let us know. You have 7 BUSINESS days after delivery to request an exchange or return. Remember, the product must be UNUSED
EXCHANGE OPTIONS
Our options are not limited to products. We also have some alternatives for exchanging your product. These are:
Exchange for the same product without paying new shipping.
Exchange for another product of equal value without paying new shipping.
CONDITIONS ESTABLISHED BETWEEN YOU AND US IN THESE TERMS
Send the product in conditions suitable for exchange, with original packaging, manuals, accessories and invoice;
We analyze returned products only on the business Thursday of the current week. It may take up to 7 days from the moment they arrive.
The product is also analyzed by the Quality team. This may take up to 30 days from the time of return;
We make the exchange and/or refund the amount paid after the analysis. If we identify any discrepancy or violation in the product, we reserve the right to refuse the return and will send the product back to the sender;
The return of the product is at our expense. Contact us by email at contato@syncba.com.br and we will explain how to do it;
We will inform you of the deadline for sending your product at the time of the request. The new item or the refund of the amount paid will be made after the result of the systematic analysis as described above;
REFUND TIME
PAYMENT MADE BY CREDIT CARD
The refund will be visible in up to 2 invoices after the return, according to the card's expiration date.
